I am a 'baby boomer' originally from Atlanta. I lived there during the '90's housing boom and like many others bought and 'flipped' houses. Friends who are Realtors helped me find the best buys and stay a step ahead of the competition. That experience proved invaluable later in my own career as a Realtor. I know what it takes to get a house ready to sell and I also know the ups and downs of buying properties. I have been a licensed NC Real Estate Broker and Realtor since 2003 and sole owner of an independent firm, Mountain Way Realty, located in Robbinsville. My firm is the only one in Graham County that is a member of the two Multiple Listing Services that overlap our area. Since 2012 I have been active as a Director, Treasurer, Vice President and President (2015) for the Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors. Becoming more involved with fellow Realtors not only increased my exposure and network, it gave me further insight into the business of real estate. Graham County is full of outdoor recreation opportunities. With a moderate 4 season climate one can hike year round. In the summer I enjoy motor boating on beautiful Lake Santeetlah. In any season I love to explore the area's lush, scenic wonders by driving the winding roads that follow cascading creeks or climb along ridges with awe inspiring mountain vistas. As a student of the rich history of this Appalachian region I love to share stories and knowledge with my clients. I have lived in Robbinsville since 2002. I've personally bought and sold both land and housing in Graham County so I know what it is like for both parties in a rural real estate deal. I would love the opportunity to guide you through the process when the time is right for you. |
